Supreme Court Justice Scalia Murdered

Scalia Murdered

Scalia Murdered

Why are the Supreme Court Justices the only government positions appointed for life???

Why are most of their decisions decided by a 5 justices to 4 justices vote, barely passing.  Why are the justices given the titles and positions of Royalty while the Constitution states that there will be no title of royalty to anyone especially to governmental employees.

Why didn't Scalia receive a State funeral as other Supreme Court Justices have received such as Justice Ruth Ginsberg??? ... and not buried with the other Justices of the Supreme Court???

Justice Ginsberg lay in repose at the Supreme Court Building for the two days.  There was a candle light memorial, vigils, etc. for days.  There was barely anything said about Scalia.

Scalia's Catholic Mass was covered by the media briefly but there was there nothing at all said about his funeral or where he was to be buried after serving  30 years as a Supreme Court Justice???

The Scalia Death

Justice Scalia went on a hunting trip in Cibolo Creek Ranch in Texas. But he did not meet up with the hunting team that morning. The ranch’s owner is John Poindexter, a Catholic, probably a Knight of Malta.  Poindexter holds a leadership position in the International Order of St. Hubertus.  Poindexter went to go check up on him as the Presidential Suite where he was staying. He knocked on the door of his room, but there was no response. “I had not seen him, and everyone else was up. I knocked loudly,” Poindexter said. Poindexter stated that the night before Scalia was “congenial” during dinner, and did not show any signs that he was on the verge of dying. “He was seated near me and I had a chance to observe him. He was very entertaining. But about 9 p.m. he said, ‘it’s been a long day and a long week, I want to get some sleep,’” he said.
Scalia arrived at Cibolo Creek Ranch — a very remote 30,000-acre property — around noon Friday for a hunting trip with about 35 low-key locals. It was his first time at the ranch.
On the last day of his life, Scalia skipped the afternoon hunt, but he joined everyone later for a lakeside dinner.
Scalia then went to bed — and didn't show up for breakfast or lunch the next day.
Poindexter said he found Scalia in his $500-a-night room after 1 p.m. Saturday, "stone cold" and with no pulse.

Scalia Murdered

Pointdexter eventually entered the room and found Scalia dead on his bed, with a pillow over his head. “We discovered the judge in bed, a pillow over his head. His bed clothes were unwrinkled,” said Poindexter. Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez called up Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara and informed her of the death of Scalia. Guevara recounted the conversation with the Sheriff: “He says, ‘Judge, I’m at Cibolo Creek Ranch, and a Supreme Court Justice has just passed away, and I need someone here immediately. Both justices of the peace are out of town at this time.’”
Strangely, when the judge did plan to drive to the ranch, the Sheriff told her, “It’s not necessary for you to come, judge. If you’re asking for an autopsy, that’s what we need to clarify.”

What makes the story of Scalia quite unusual is the fact that no autopsy was performed, and his body was quickly embalmed that night. His body was moved to Sunset Funeral Home at 3:30 AM, where Scalia’s corpse was quickly embalmed. Chris Lujan, a manager for Sunset Funeral Homes, confirmed that no autopsy was performed on Scalia’s body.

Judge Cinderela Guevara, (with absolutely no medical experience),  had already determined that he died of a heart attack without an autopsy ever being performed, and she wrote on Scalia’s death certificate: “Natural causes — heart attack.”  Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara pronounced Scalia dead of natural causes without seeing the body — which is permissible under Texas law.

    • No autopsy
    • No medical examiner on site to decipher cause of death
    • No U.S. Marshal protection detail accompanying Scalia
    • No functioning CCTV cameras on day of death
    • Scalia found clothed on bed with a pillow over face
    • Scalia's body quickly embalmed that night.

    • Scalia’s body was mysteriously cremated before it could be examined
    • Resort owner was a large Obama contributor
    • And the list goes on and on ...

Scalia told Matt Drudge last year nefarious government officials are “coming after everybody and they’re going to come after us and it’s really dangerous.”

Scalia almost always had security guards with him when traveling, but for some strange reason he had none with him the night he died.

In a functioning Republic where law and order prevail, the FBI would want some answers too to the questions were are posing here. Any competent investigator would, based on the troubling timing alone. But, not Director James Comey’s FBI. Not his FBI.

Scalia was cremated. Scalia was a devout Catholic who objected to the Second Vatican Council, which, amongst its many errors, lifted the prohibition on cremation; Scalia also would go out of his way to look for parishes that observed the traditional Latin Mass. So it makes no sense as to why a Catholic this devoted would want his body cremated.  No Catholic would ever want his body cremated. The prohibition against cremation is one of the strongest within the Catholic Faith.

That the nature of his death was already determined without an autopsy, that his body was found clothed with a pillow over his head, makes the judgement on this man’s death quite suspicious.

Presidio County Sheriff Danny Dominguez, who assured her there were no signs of foul play, even though he has no homicide training. Based only on that, Judge Guevara pronounced Scalia died of “natural causes”.

The former head of criminal investigations for the Washington DC police, William O. Ritchie, believes there was foul play. He posted the following comments on Facebook.

“As a former homicide commander, I am stunned that no autopsy was ordered for Justice Scalia. How can the Marshal say, without a thorough post mortem, that he was not injected with an illegal substance that would simulate a heart attack?  Did the US Marshal check for petechial hemorrhage in his eyes or under his lips that would have suggested suffocation? Did the US Marshal smell his breath for any unusual odor that might suggest poisoning? My gut tells me there is something fishy going on in Texas.”

His death was on February 3, 2016, before the November Election of the next president.

By far the most justices — a dozen — are buried at Arlington National Cemetery.  He was not buried there.  The National Cemetery would not allow a casket with an urn to be buried there.  At the Catholic Mass there was nothing in his casket except a possible urn with ashes.  Naturally his burial place was private information and was not released.

Podesta Emailed About an Assassination Three Days Before Supreme Court Justice Scalia’s Suspicious Death

This per the Wikileaks database of John Podesta emails.

Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman, in a Feb. 9, 2016 email makes reference to an assassination. Using the term “wet work,” Podesta sent a cryptic email to Democratic strategist and heavyweight consultant Steve Elmendorf. The term wet work is an intelligence slang term with Russian roots. Defined it means to assassinate a public figure, diplomat or someone of political note.

Elmendorf replied to Podesta’s mysterious reference:
“I am all in Sounds like it will be a bad nite , we all need to buckle up and double down”

Podesta’s email was sent on a Tuesday. By Friday, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Antonin Scalia was found dead at a remote Texas resort. To say Scalia’s death was suspicious is putting it mildly.

  •     No autopsy
  •     No medical examiner on site to decipher cause of death
  •     No U.S. Marshal protection detail accompanying Scalia
  •     No functioning CCTV cameras on day of death
  •     Scalia found clothed on bed with pillow over face
  •     Scalia's body quickly embalmed
  •     Scalia’s body mysteriously cremated before it could be examined
  •     Resort owner large Obama contributor
  •     And the list goes on and on

In a functioning Republic where law and order prevail, the FBI would want some answers too to the questions were are posing here. Any competent investigator would, based on the troubling timing alone. But, not Director James Comey’s FBI. Not his FBI.

Didn't think wet works meant pool parties at the Vineyard.

The pillow was left on his face as a message to others so they will know what happened and think twice.

Scalia told someone about the real nature of the Supreme Court.  They are appointed for life so they will be required by law to keep the secret.  The Supreme Court is a court of Admiralty.  They look at the current laws and customs, but their decisions are strictly a policy decision.

There are many examples.  One good example is Abortion.  The Supreme Court ruled that Abortions are totally legal is the United States.  This went against the many States having made it illegal in their state.  They have ruled that there can be no restrictions on abortions.  A fetus can be aborted the day before it's birth.  There are many babies aborted in the eighth month of pregnancy where the fetus could easily survive outside the womb.  The fetuses have heartbeats, brainwaves, etc. etc.

Partial Abortion

Does this match the "Life, Liberty, Pursuit of Happiness" and human rights of the highly esteemed U.S. Constitution???  Does this look like a so learned law decision of the "most highest Justices" of the land.  The Supreme Court of the land has ruled that no restrictions what-so-ever can be put on abortions.

The Policy of abortions is that the State can not take care of all of these babies coming from the minority communities.  The whole country would soon be filled with a half a million or more of babies every year that will become an unsustainable overpopulation in a very short time.  This is why the abortion clinics are located in the black and Mexican-American communities.

Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider performed 345,672 abortions between Oct. 1, 2017, and Sept. 30, 2018.  And there are many more abortion clinics.  Many abortions are not counted because they are performed as a uterus cleaning.

Why does the Supreme Court overturn all the numerous state and federal lower appeals courts rulings a case has to go through before coming to the Supreme Court??? Were all these lower courts just not as smart as the Supreme Court Justices???

The Supreme Court rulings are Admiralty rulings of government policy.

As of 2018, the Supreme Court had overruled more than 300 of its own cases, some in as little as 11 months later.
