Barring divine intervention from God, President Trump will depart from Andrews Air Force Base at 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 20, 2021, heading to Florida. MSM whores went wild when Trump announced he would not attend the illegal inauguration for usurpers, China Joe Biden or constitutionally ineligible skank, Kamala Harris.
Why would President Trump want to attend the inauguration of a crook who stole the election from him and the American people?
Why would Trump want to give the appearance of legitimacy to a candidate who is not nor ever will be president of these United States of America? China Joe and Ho Harris are attempting to usurp the offices of president and vice-president through fraud.
All those National Guard, reports range from 20,000-30,000, deployed to guard DC is just more games being played on the American people. We know because of so many videos taken by people there, the incident on Jan. 6th was well planned, well timed and produced cowardly results by most Republicans in Congress. No need to rehash as it’s been thoroughly covered by independent media.
Protests over the illegal inauguration of the usurpers by Trump supporters is the alleged justification for all those troops; a deliberate show of force. The same “security” is being implemented in bigger cities across the country.
Now, why would any supporter of President Trump even want to go to DC on Jan. 20th or even any of the state capitols? It’s a set-up. Anyone who has seen the mountain of evidence and watched the several hearings in NV, AZ, GA & PA knows the election was stolen. Nothing will be accomplished by wasting your time, money and perhaps being physically injured. Stay home and do what must be done which is what I am presenting in this series.

There’s NO question in my mind electronic vote fraud gave the U.S. House a Democrat majority in 2018. This time was no different. Yes, Republicans did pick up a modest number of seats, but the sewage remained: Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY); Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-MA); Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN); and Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI).
Omar has never been indicted and prosecuted for her crimes: immigration and education fraud not to mention, proven, she married her brother. One of the most ignorant useful fools ever to serve in Congress, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, pulled off another alleged win:

It has been proven by any legal standard votes were flipped as people watched the election results. This is nothing new. I’ve been on this since 1993. I used to analyze election results but finally stopped because only a very miniscule number of Americans seemed to have any concern about vote fraud. After all, it’s just a bunch of conspiracy theories. Go look at this analysis I did. Scroll down under the results. You’ll see how my late husband and I watched vote totals flip live on the boob tube screen.
Hypocrites abound
I watched the useless U.S. Senate hearing headed up by Sen. Ron Johnson regarding the ocean of fraud which occurred November 3rd and for several weeks. Sen. Rand Paul said during the hearing, “the election was stolen in many ways.” Yet, he said overturning the election was a big mistake.
No, Rand Paul, it isn’t about overturning the election, it’s about fraud. The election results are fraudulent. It’s about stealing a presidential election backed up by an ocean of evidence. He voted against challenging the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6th. Rand Paul voted to allow the fraud to stand, slapping some 80 million Americans who voted for Trump right in the face. Sen. John Cornyn [R-TX] also voted to protect a stolen election on Jan. 6, 2021, as did Sen. Ron Johnson from WI, a contested state because of vote fraud.
Ivanka Trump plans to attend usurper Biden’s illegal inauguration, no big surprise there. “At least half of the eight GOP senators who voted against President-elect Joe Biden's Electoral College victory will be attending the inauguration Wednesday in Washington to support the peaceful transfer of power, Fox News has learned.
“Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who spearheaded the Jan. 6 effort to toss out electoral votes for Biden, will attend the official swearing-in at the Capitol. Sens. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., and Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala., who joined with Cruz in objecting to Biden's victory before a Joint Session of Congress, also will attend Biden's inauguration, their offices confirmed.
“And Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., who voted to reject Biden's electors in the state of Pennsylvania, also will show up Wednesday.” They voted against Biden’s steal on Jan. 6th, yet they’ll all going to his illegal inauguration knowing China Joe did not win the election.
Further in the link above, “Other senators who initially raised concerns about the election's validity with Cruz and demanded an emergency 10-day audit of the results also will be attending the inauguration, including Sens. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., Steve Daines, R-Mont., and James Lankford, R-Okla. The trio initially said they intended to object to the Electoral College certification, but ultimately joined with the majority of their GOP colleagues in approving the results after the riot.”
They all know the election was stolen by China Joe and now they’re going to his celebration party, the inauguration? They make me sick, every one of them.
Not all legal options pursued
Millions of us have wondered why President Trump hasn’t triggered his 2018 Executive Order on foreign interference in our elections at least a month ago? He’s had the evidence.
An individual whom I won’t name as he asked to remain anonymous wrote a 36-pg legal blue print Trump should have immediately filed. I won’t go into the details but every human effort was made to get that paper to Trump. Who knows if it ever got to him?
Until I started reading lawsuits and posts on constitutional attorney, Leo Donofrio’s web site, I knew nothing about the Quo Warranto statute. There was a previous lawsuit filed in January 2009 to keep Clinton from serving as Secretary of State under the Emoluments Clause.
Perfect plaintiff, a 20-year “Foreign Service Officer and State Department employee David Rodearmel, a retired Lt. Col. in the U.S. Army Reserve Judge Advocate General Corp.” Solid legal basis. Having read Leo’s legal analysis on this issue I couldn’t understand why Judicial Watch didn’t use the QW. I wrote a column about the case. I knew it would fail and it did.
Rodearmel v Clinton (usurper) case dismissed: "However, there is a possibility the court is going to throw this out because of the Quo Warranto statute. The defendants moved to dismiss, and in their filing, there is an important footnote; number 6 at the bottom of page 16: (Always read those footnotes.)
"The D.C. Court of Appeals has observed that a plaintiff who seeks to directly attack the appointment of an official (as opposed to attacking an action of that official) will rarely if ever have standing. See Andrade v. Lauer, 729 F.2d 1475, 1496-97 (D.C. Cir. 1984). In the same case, the court suggested that the only proper way to assert such a direct attack is through an action for a writ of quo warranto. See id. at 1497 (citing cases). A quo warranto action may only be brought by the Attorney General of the United States or the United States Attorney or, if these Executive Branch officials decline a request, by a private party who has obtained leave of court. See D.C. Stat. §§ 16-3502-3503; see also Rae v. Johnson, 1993 WL 544295, at *1"
After many years, Leo posted a new legal path for President Trump that went viral: QUO WARRANTO: The Two Words Biden & Pelosi Fear Most – “ I can confirm that Rudy Giuliani has been reading the research published on this page. I am not aware of any decision yet, but the MAGA nation must get up to speed now. Don’t be distracted. Quo Warranto is where your attention needs to be. Ignore all the fake shiny objects. President Trump has a clear judicial path to four more years, the next four years, not 2024.”
Efforts were made by two friends of mine to get this information to Rep. Mo Brooks and Rep. Andy Biggs, which they did. One individual has known Brooks for over twenty years and the other personally knows Rep. Biggs and his wife. So far, it doesn’t appear a QW will be filed (which would be United States vs. Biden). Not being a lawyer, I don’t know why Trump can’t file it on January 21st if he so desires. He clearly has “standing”. I doubt it ever happen will but we tried our best.

State’s Rights: Nullification
Without question now that the WH will be illegally occupied by the Democrat Communist Party USA as well as allegedly controlling both chambers of Congress, they will immediately begin the completion of the total destruction of our constitutional republic. Make no mistake about that.
One of the biggest threats will be bankrupting this country (with an economy that was already at death’s door) to implement the “New Green Deal”. A communist goal for many decades using the environment as the carrot. Global warming with a new more marketable name: Climate Change.
A manufactured “crisis” sold to uninformed useful fools globally led by a hysterical teen-ager, Greta Thunberg. The DNC’s MSM pimps have made sure that pathetic young girl became second only in adoration to criminal impostor president, Hussein Obama.
I refer readers back to this column [1] and the book by Gus Hall, head of the Communist Party USA for decades: Ecology, Can We Survive Under Capitalism? published in 1972.

“In the late Dixie Lee Ray’s book, Environmental Overkill – Whatever Happened to Common Sense, one gets a full accounting of what really went on with Al Gore and his loony friends at the Rio Summit. On page 10 of her book, it states:
“The objective, clearly enunciated by the leaders of the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED), is to bring about a change in the present system of independent nations. The future is to be world government, with central planning by the UN. Fear of environmental crises, whether real or not, is expected to lead to compliance. If force is needed, it will be provided by a UN green-helmeted police force, already authorized by the Security Council.”
“The EPA is the flagship in America to carry out this environmental terrorism against our people. In the ensuing years, the EPA has become more destructive than a cat five hurricane.
“Dixie Lee Ray was a former governor of Washington State, Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission and Asst. Secretary of State in the U.S. Bureau of Oceans. She passed away in 1994 and was a Democrat. Americans screeching mother planet earth will be dead along with 8 billion people in less than ten years know nothing about how they’ve been played.”
Just as the ‘Green New Deal’ will throw millions (trickle down) of Americans out of work – particularly coal miners – so, too, will this insanity: California to ban all new gas-powered cars by 2035 under order from Gov. Gavin Newsom, Sept. 23, 2020. Along with no more plane trips to Europe or anywhere else, kiss off your favorite vehicle or truck in favor of electric vehicles and good luck finding a battery charger station. Think the Democrat Communist Party USA won’t work tirelessly to get it into your state legislature, think again.
Think the unconstitutional Obamacare was bad? You haven’t seen nothing, yet. Now that those maniacs will have control of Congress, YOU will be paying not only your own health care premiums but YOU will be paying for tens of MILLIONS of illegal aliens as well. No? Yes, YOU will.
However, states of the Union do NOT have to get on their knees. In September 1993, career criminal, Hildebeast Clinton, was pushing hard for government take-over of the health care system. This memo was leaked:
Memorandum for Walter Zellman from Sallyanne Payton, clearly marked: Preliminary Draft for Official Use Only. Do Not Quote or Release For Any Purpose, page 4, Health Care Task Reform under Hillary Clinton: Please note these sections:
"(b) may the federal government use other actors in the governmental system and the private sector as its agents and give them orders as though they were parts of a prefectorial system? The short answer is "no." State governments are independent, although subordinated, sovereignties, not subdivisions of the federal government.
"Although the federal government may regulate many of their functions directly [as well, for example, it subjects state water districts to the Clean Water Act], it may not require them to exercise their own governmental powers in a manner dictated by federal law. The states may be encouraged, bribed or threatened into entering into joint federal state programs of various sorts, from unemployment insurance to Medicaid; but they may not be commanded directly to use their own governmental apparatus in the service of federal policy. There is a modest jurisprudence of the Tenth Amendment that seems to have settled on this proposition. See the DOJ [Dept. of Justice] memorandum for a fuller elaboration."
What does this mean from a constitutional position? It means that the government can bribe the states, they can threaten them, but in fact, the states cannot be forced to get down on their knees to the federal machine.
Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.
Those powers are few and ignored by both Republicans, Democrats, independents and half the adults in this country who don’t care. They only care about ‘getting theirs’. The federal government is so corrupt and so far astray, it’s going to take state legislatures to slap Congress in the face. If your state rep or senator doesn’t “get it”, this man did:
Joseph Story, Associate Justice, U.S. Supreme Court, Commentaries on the Constitution, 1833: "Another not unimportant consideration is that the powers of the general government will be, and indeed must be, principally employed upon external objects, such as war, peace, negotiations with foreign powers and foreign commerce. In its internal operations it can touch but few objects, except to introduce regulations beneficial to the commerce, intercourse and other relations, between the states, and to lay taxes for the common good. The powers of the states, on the other hand, extend to all objects, which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, and liberties, and property of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the state."
Based on my experience going on 31 years since I became aware of all this treachery, I feel comfortable saying only a tiny percentage of Americans have any understanding of nullification by states. I did not until I studied the historical background and why it will be one of the only ways to stop the bulldozer coming at us.
The Democrat Communist Party USA, their MSM, a majority of the Hollywood crowd and those who support their lunatic ideas are not only maniacs, they’re insane in the clinical sense. Their party is infested with liars, thieves, crooks and completely morally bankrupt individuals, most who should either be in straitjackets or prison.
Those who wish the destruction of our republic are counting on apathy, laziness, greed, ignorance and unwillingness by Americans to stand up for liberty and freedom.
Will YOU stand down now that we’ve been kicked in the gut?
If the answer is no, then we must put our state legislatures on notice. You either stand for the right of our state to say no to any new “law”, meaning nullification, or you will not survive your next primary. Forget the dangerous call for a Constitutional Convention pushed by Mark Levin and Sean Hannity and too many ignorant fools in state capitols as well as governors. If you are unfamiliar with that danger to our Constitution, that’s just what the shadow government wants. Keep the masses uninformed.
Too many state legislators do not know or understand the power they hold, not for just elections, but to repel an out of control Congress and/or White House. Talking is NOT going to stop the usurper about to occupy the WH along with America hating, anti-Constitution socialists and closet communists Biden is already illegally naming as cabinet picks.
Stopping the planned destruction is going to take Americans willing to give up their time to do what must be done. Think I wouldn’t love to go fishing? The last vacation I took was with my late husband in 1991. I am sick to my soul over what’s happened since Nov. 4th when I woke up to the big lie.
I joined my county GOP club (even though I’ve been registered no party since 1996) because I wanted to help inform all those really nice, patriotic Americans who are active in trying to save this country. My contribution would be to keep everyone apprised of toxic bills in Congress (which is just about all since January 2019), bringing factual information to them as well as educating them on the planned destruction of our republic. What I began to learn three decades ago.
Together we can have a bigger impact on our state legislature. However, if you don’t belong to your county GOP club or organization and I do understand independents and even GOP voters don’t want to go to meetings, consider doing so.
We need everyone who voted for Trump regardless of party to begin a campaign targeting your state legislatures - forget contacting any that are members of Lucifer’s Democrat Communist Party USA. They are so brain washed and brain dead you’ll just be wasting your time. If your state rep or senator is a Dem, send your letter to the House and Senate GOP Majority leaders. (In PA, Sen. Doug Mastriano is a fighter.) Don’t count on someone else to do it. We need to keep flooding our state capitols and state governors who are Republican with this campaign to stop the shadow government from running all over them and us.
If I get one more email that says, ah, writing letters doesn’t do any good, I’m not voting any more, blah, blah, blah, I might just send back a nasty retort. Good thing Samuel Adams, known as the ‘Father of the American Revolution’, didn’t give up or we’d still be licking the bootstraps of the British. As Dr. Edwin Vieira brilliantly wrote in his column, Defeatism Ensures Defeat, Sept. 14, 2013:
“The Constitution was not written in such abstruse terms that only graduates of Harvard Law School can parse and understand it. It does require, however, that Americans actually take the time to read it. The question then arises: “For what are WE THE PEOPLE waiting? Until it is too late to do anything effective? Be forewarned. That day will dawn only too soon.” If you missed Edwin’s column, it’s a necessary read. We don’t need a shooting match. This can be 1776 in spirit. Just show a little patience, tough as it is and we CAN and MUST sacrifice our time and stay focused.
That day is here and now so I ask Americans: Are YOU going to do YOUR part in saving this republic? First, watch the video and read the information at the links below. Compose a SNAIL MAIL letter to your state rep and senator with a copy to your governor if he/she is a Republican and provide the captions and links; there’s only two.
Tens of thousands of emails mean nothing to them. Tens of thousands of paper letters sitting on their desk will not only get their attention, it poses a threat to their reelection.
Tell he/she they had better fight the illegitimate Biden “administration” and all unconstitutional bills he signs. They MUST use nullification and the hell with braying from jackasses on newspaper editorial boards or squealing pigs in Congress.
They can stop the proposed death to the airline and auto industries, oil and so many other industries under the communist based New Green Deal. Stop new unconstitutional regulations and many more I’ll be covering in upcoming editions of this series. While this is going on, no doubt in my mind Rep. Devan Nunes and a few others in the House will continue gathering evidence against China Joe, his money laundering and other crimes.
If you don’t belong to a Tea Party group or any other one (there are literally thousands in this country), have your family, friends and people you might know at work or church – sign the letter. That way you will have a dozen, a hundred or one thousand signatures per letter. Please feel free to copy and paste from this column information you feel will help make your case.
In your letter politely remind your state rep and senator (the governor will get the message) the November 2022 election starts with the primaries and that he/she will not win their next one if they do not fight like Trump fought for this country. It’s being reported once Trump leaves the WH, he’s going to work to ‘primary out’ incumbents in Congress who betrayed him and America by not standing and fighting on Jan. 6th.
I don’t know President Trump and will never know him in my lifetime but he’s the only president in my lifetime to humiliate the MSM media whores, showing the American people they are nothing more than hacks for Lucifer’s Democrat Communist Party USA and paid liars.
Now is NOT the time to slump our shoulders and accept defeat and “try to make the best of it”. I know, oh, how well I know, how tired and enraged we all are but we MUST show the dirty players and the two pieces of scum about to stink up our White House: WE ARE NOT STANDING DOWN.

Usurper and Cheater China Joe didn’t waste any time doing the bidding of the shadow government running the criminal element out in DC. The day after his illegal swearing in and inauguration, like a banshee out of Hell, Cheater China Joe signed a slew of Executive Orders.
Executive Orders likely written sometime last year just waiting for the socialists and closet communists’ selection for president to be installed in the White House. That fake president is moving like a freight train for cabinet picks – all who will be working to destroy this country.
Cheater China Joe’s EOs are already laying waste. Voters were warned if Comrade Harris and career criminal Biden got into the WH, the first thing they would go after is the oil industry destroying tens and tens of thousands of jobs. President-elect Donald Trump (he never conceded) made America energy independent.
Biden is erasing every positive thing Trump did while in office, i.e., Biden Nullifies Trump Executive Order Issued to Reduce Prices of Insulin and Epinephrine - See list at bottom.
Executive Orders – state and federal
Americans got a good dose of how Executive Orders at the state level can turn into tyranny in a heartbeat. Think COVID-19 lockdowns that have destroyed the lives of tens and tens of millions of Americans. The worst dictators are mostly Democrats although our GOP governor here in TX did his part in destroying thousands of small businesses – particularly bars, restaurants, salons. All closed for good.
Executive Orders are not laws. “An Executive Order is a directive handed down directly from a president or governor (the executive branch of government) without input from the legislative or judicial branches. Executive orders can only be given to federal or state agencies, not to citizens, although citizens are indirectly affected by them.”
Indirectly means the impostor “president” can sign an EO ordering the unconstitutional EPA reinstate job killing regulations eliminated by Trump. This will again force small to medium businesses to layoff or stop hiring; many will be unable to stay in business.
On day one, usurper, Cheater China Joe, made one of his first priorities allowing mentally ill biological males to compete in girls’ sports. It’s my understanding one of our state senators, Charles Perry [R] will be introducing a bill to stop the same thing here in Texas.

“His order also notes that Title IX of the Education Amendments prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation “so long as the laws do not contain sufficient indications to the contrary.”
Scientifically there’s only two genders to identify: male and female. A male is born with male DNA and a woman is born with female DNA. Mutilating your body does not change your DNA. All this rubbish about “identifying” with a gender or passing laws that require business owners in NYC refer to employees a certain way is more lunacy:

They all belong in straight jackets in a rubber room. That kind of insane idiocy is embraced by Cheater China Joe and dementia addled, Nancy Pelosi. If I were a member of the House, I would tell Pelosi: I will not play your sick PC agenda games and refer to my husband as spouse. If you try to force me to give up my right to free speech, I’ll take you to court.

“The resolution would change “pronouns and familial relationships in the House rules to be gender neutral or removes references to gender, as appropriate, to ensure we are inclusive of all Members, Delegates, Resident Commissioners and their families – including those who are nonbinary,” McGovern’s announcement said.
“The new rules also change “seamen” to “seafarers,” “chairman” to “chair” and “submit his or her resignation” to “resigns,” according to the resolution.
“References to fathers, mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, husbands, wives and in-laws would be changed to “parent, child, sibling, spouse, or parent-in-law,” according to the resolution. Extended family members would be referred to as “child’s parent” instead of aunt or uncle, stepparents, and siblings-in-law.”
Those nutcases are now running this country. What the hell is a ‘non-binary person’ also known as ‘genderqueer’? According to dictionary.com: “Nonbinary people have a gender identity that does not fit into the male/female binary.” So, what are they? An, it?
Getting back to reality, millions of us knew what would happen if Cheater China Joe entered the WH which is why I began my states rights series last week. The first column dealt with nullification. One thing Montana and Texas will likely come up against is equal protection under the law, federal “education” dollars and girls’ sports. Homosexuals and lesbians choose their filthy, dirty, dangerous sexual practices. So-called transgenders are mentally ill and the rest of these ‘non-binary’ mixed up people freely choose such nonsense. What’s the argument for equal protection? Since none of them are “born that way” vs being born with white or darker skin or a physical disability beyond your control, why should they receive “equal”protection?
Democrats love to shout, believe the science! Yes, and science says there are two sexes, male and female, period. One can “identify” their sex is the same as a tree leaf but that does not make it scientifically true. That EO is here and it made me sick just reading it. Old Joe is on a mission and he doesn’t care how many lies he has to tell to bully the states into compliance.
On Jan. 20, 2021, our county GOP club met and we decided to send a letter to one state rep and two state senators who are constitutionally grounded explaining how our legislature must stand up to this illegitimate administration. Why nullification is one of the strongest weapons states have which does not require judges or even any action by any federal agency.
I hope by the end of the week I’ll have a hard copy to scan into my next column so you can get things rolling in your county if you haven’t already. If you don’t belong to a GOP chapter, it doesn’t matter. There are a couple thousand organizations in this country from Tea Party Chapters to you name it, all active in trying to save this republic. Even if you don’t belong to any group, you can still have your friends and family sign the letter and get it to a few state reps and senators in your state you know are strong supporters of the Constitution. Snail mail, not email. They need thousands of letters sitting on their desks.
We will also send a copy to our Governor, Lt. Governor and State Attorney General. We are in the process of trying to set up a conference call with our state GOP Chairman Allen West to get him on board. He can make the letter available to all GOP county chapters in the state. (Texas has 254 counties.) Then, our state legislature will start to feel the heat. Currently Republicans control 52.3% of all state legislative seats nationally. Democrats: 46.58%. GOP holds the majority in chambers 59% to 39% for Democrats.
I originally thought the illegitimate Harris/Biden “administration” would take two years to implode. Based on what’s happened in just the past five days, I give it six months. The shadow government has their marionettes in hyper drive. Why? The 2022 elections which I will cover in my Jan. 29th column.
No time to waste. Talking about this nightmare isn’t going to make it go away any time soon but together, using a plan that will succeed, we can stop some of the destruction. Be sure to remind your state reps and senators: The 2022 election begins with the primaries in Jan or Feb 2022. They’ll get the message.
In closing I want to say, we’re all tired. Like you I have obligations. I’m a widow, I take care of my home. My 93-year old mother with advanced dementia likely won’t be with us in six months; trying to get her into a skilled nursing facility four states away is a nightmare even though I hold her POA, Medical Power of Attorney and am executor of her will. It breaks my heart to see her so frail only on Face Time. She doesn’t really understand technology and gets confused seeing me on a phone screen.
But, as tired as I am, I have a roof over my head, heat in my house, food for me and my doggie girls. No so for Washington and his troops crossing the Delaware and for all those whose blood ran in rivers on battlefields to give us freedom. I’ve been to Bull Run and so many other historical places and each time, I gave thanks. We cannot shame them or any American whether colonial militia, military or private citizen who has fought to protect our most precious rights.
I’ve received so many emails since Nov. 3rd and then Jan. 6th from Americans just sick to their soul over what’s happened but it’s not over yet. Oh, not the bull manure being peddled by hustlers on podcasts. We can stand together and together we WILL defeat our internal enemies.

This is part 3 of my series on states’ rights. The past few days my email box has been blasted about an unconstitutional bill introduced in the U.S. House: Democrats Introduce Bill to ‘Massively Expand’ Mail-in Voting
“Democrat lawmakers on Thursday introduced a bill dubbed the “Vote at Home Act,” which seeks to “massively expand vote-at-home ballot access,” enacting automatic voter registration and providing voters with pre-paid ballot envelopes.
“Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) and Rep. Earl Blumenauer (D-Ore.) introduced the bill (pdf), saying in a press release that the legislation is meant to “fight voter suppression.”
“Our democracy is stronger when every American can vote, without standing in ridiculous lines or having to take time off work or school to exercise their Constitutional rights,” Wyden said in a statement.
“The initiative stands in contrast to a bill introduced by Republicans several weeks ago, which seeks to tighten voter registration verifications and narrow rules for when and how mail-in ballots can be accepted, in a bid to strengthen the integrity of federal elections.”
Republicans Introduce Bill to Help Fortify Federal Election Integrity – “The Save Democracy Act aims to close loopholes that prevent secure and fair general elections by strengthening voter registration verifications, narrowing rules for when and how mail-in ballots can be accepted, and mandating observers from each party is allowed to be present during polling and vote counting.
“Rep. Jim Banks (R-Ind.), chairman of the Republican Study Committee (RSC), the largest conservative caucus on Capitol Hill, led his caucus to introduce the legislation addressing the concerns of voters across the country.”
Banks needs to be reminded our legal form of government is a republic, not a democracy. Democracy is mob rule and Americans had damn well wake up and see how the mobs are destroying this republic. Banks and other “conservatives” in Congress need be educated on the Tenth Amendment.
Back in 1993, many of us fought to defeat the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 because we knew it was a giant step towards advancing vote fraud. We hammered on our state legislatures to say NO we are not going to be a part of this strong-arming. The Act signed into “law” by the undisputed king of adultery, Bill Clinton, “required” state governments to make voter registration simpler for any eligible person who renews or gets a driver’s license. WRONG.
Since illegals buy driver’s licenses on any street corner in major metropolitan cities, they get election materials when they have no right to even be on U.S. soil. Many states have brazenly passed laws to give illegal aliens driver’s licenses. All in violation of federal immigration laws, but since we’ve had no constitutionally grounded U.S. Attorney Generals for decades, those states continue to get away with it. Stupid state legislatures rolled over with nary a whimper. Illegals voting are impacting congressional seats which means Electoral College votes.
This new bill in the House being pushed by Lucifer’s Democrat Communist Party USA is another attempt to eliminate forever any fair elections in this country. As for Comrade Wyden’s vomit about standing in lines, how about try voting early? Take time off work? Employers usually give employees time to go vote and many states have a couple of Saturdays to vote.
People are inconvenienced? How about those who stuck their necks out to create a new nation and those who made the ultimate sacrifice on the battlefield to give us the precious right to elect those who make our laws? Don’t talk to me about inconvenience.
No, this is all part of the plan and the states do NOT have to comply. Congress has set, for federal elections, first Tuesday following the first Monday in November as Election Day. How states conduct those elections, i.e., voter registration, signature verification and so forth is the sole jurisdiction of each state. Congress has no legislative authority to butt in.
Mail-in-voting ballots are not absentee ballots though too many Americans don’t understand the difference. Absentee ballots must be requested where mail-in ballots are mailed by states to anyone and everyone regardless of citizenship status or even if they no longer reside in that state. Readers saw one of my previous columns where I scanned a California ballot addressed to my brother here in Big Spring, TX. Richard has not lived in California since August 2019.
Mail-in voting and “ballot harvesting” should never have been allowed by any state. But, when you have state houses controlled by socialists and communists like California and an apathetic, disinterested or partisan driven population, you reap what you sow.
We all saw the massive fraud in those contested states which allowed mail-in ballots. Lucifer’s Democrat Communist Party USA mastered the art of vote fraud 60 years ago. The push that began last year by Democrats to allow mail-in ballots over COVID-19 was in anticipation of a Trump landslide and they weren’t going to let that happen. Last May here in Texas, our Texas Supreme Court said, nope, won’t happen. COVID was not a justifiable excuse.
The bottom line is states of the Union do not have to comply with that bill or even one massaged by constitutionally ignorant Republicans who have a different version. It’s called nullification. Our Attorney General will most likely file a lawsuit soon as the ink is dry after the criminal imposter “president”, Cheater China Joe signs it into “law” but he doesn’t even have to do that.
That bill clearly is outside the legislative authority of Congress, Art. 1, Sec. 8, Clause 17. Congress most can certainly set the date for federal elections, but how elections are conducted by states of the Union is internal and their business backed by the Tenth Amendment. Those craven jackals are evil but they will not win in the end.
Investigations over November’s rigged election continue. Every single judge who had a case filed by Trump’s attorney’s, Lin Wood or Sidney Powell and dismissed them without looking at any evidence are a disgrace. Gutless cowards or partisan, doesn’t matter. Each of them as a person, when they look in the mirror can see a coward – including SCOTUS. Let that eat away at any of them that still has a conscience.
Law Professor Confirms Election Fraud Evidence Is "Significant" - Cases Only Dismissed on Process Grounds Not Merit – (Worth reading.)
This is also beyond contemptible: Judge Rules Virginia Board Of Elections’ Rule About Late Absentee Mail-In Ballots Was Illegal, Jan. 27, 2021 – “In August of last year, a rule was made by the Virginia Board of Elections that would have allowed elections officials to count late mail-in ballots that arrived without a postmark up to three days after this past November’s presidential election. A judge reversed this on Monday, ruling that the board’s decision was illegal.
“Virginia Circuit Court Judge William Eldridge ruled that with this rule, the board violated state elections law, according to the Daily Caller. He issued an injunction that will stop Virginia from adopting this rule in future elections moving forward.” After the cheating produced the desired outcome. Here’s a news flash for you Judge Eldridge: Federal elections end at midnight on election day, not three days later regardless of whether they had a postmark or not. And you wait around to issue this ruling 24 days AFTER election day.
There is absolutely NO justification for this obstruction. To me it’s dereliction of duty by any judge(s): 2020 voter fraud cases are still making their way through the courts – Breakdown of cases in that article.
I watched all the hearings, the one committee hearing in the U.S. Senate headed by coward, GOP Sen. Ron Johnson who new the fraud was massive, committed to challenging the electoral college vote, caved like a tent and went to the illegal swearing in of Cheating China Joe, giving legitimacy to Biden’s steal.
However, there are dozens of state reps and senators in contested states working to make sure this never happens again. Brave, ethical lawmakers continue investigation into extensive evidence of widespread voting fraud
Regardless of what state you live in, mail-in ballots and ballot harvesting MUST be prohibited in any county in your state. Don’t wait for someone else to do it. Call your Secretary of State’s office and find out the fine details regarding registration, verification of signatures and other security measures.
One thing that has to end is allowing people to register and vote on election day. Another tool for fraud. If you need help, call you state rep’s office. Most are very friendly and helpful. This has to be cleaned up before the November election in 2022. When you call the SOS’s office, ask when was the last time voting rolls were purged? Critical. We can only make things happen by doing not just complaining.
Citizens in the contested states must keep on committee members in their state capitols: We demand those who violated election laws (precinct workers who refused to allow GOP poll watchers, etc) and those who openly and flagrantly participated in cheating during ballot counting be referred to your state AG and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. They must not be allowed to get away with it or we will see the same thing happen in 2022 just with different partisan cheaters. Think Georgia. Dominion – Be careful what you wish for and that goes for Eric Coomer, too
On Jan. 8, 2021, Dominion, Inc. Dominion Voting Systems, et al, filed a $1.3 billion dollar defamation lawsuit against Sidney Powell; see filing here. The lawsuit alleges: “Dominion had rigged the election, that Dominion was created in Venezuela to rig elections for Hugo Chávez, and that Dominion bribed Georgia officials for a no-bid contract.”
Attorney Lin Wood, who is famous for defending Richard Jewell accused in the Atlanta bombing and the young Catholic boy smeared all over the news is defending Ms. Powell. Both of them worked tirelessly bringing lawsuits exposing the massive vote fraud which put Cheater China Joe in OUR White House.
This will provide Ms. Powell the opportunity to bring forth all the evidence she has and shove it down their throats – IF a judge even “allows” actual evidence. Most Americans have no idea what goes on in court rooms and how judges suppress evidence to keep jurors from seeing it. How many times I’ve seen jurors after a trial who voted a defendant guilty who then found out about evidence never allowed for them to see. Angry because they would not have convicted the defendant had they known. It’s just sickening.
Likewise, for these individuals. Eric Coomer, one of the top dogs at Dominion in Denver has also filed a lawsuit against Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Newsmax, One America News Network, OAN reporter Chanel Rion, Jim Hoft (Gateway Pundit) and Michelle Malkin and many others.

And while it pains me greatly to bring this up, honest journalism means just that. Should I not make readers aware of what someone I respect said that is so wrong it must be addressed? Not with malice but to ignore dangerous disinformation makes us no better than those we fight against for truth – especially if incorrect or false information is being disseminated by someone who has tremendous influence out in the public place.
On Jan. 26, 2021, a bunch of emails came in telling me I must listen to one of Lin Wood’s Fireside Chat broadcasts: Lin Wood: I’m Confident The Military Is In Control Right Now. At one point the host invites a colleague to ask Wood some questions. First, do you believe NESARA, the National Economic Security and Recovery Act, which was signed into law in 1993 by Clinton is real?
I was aghast when Wood responded he doesn’t know all the facts but he does believe the law is real. He believes it will be enacted. This NESARA goes way back to early 1990s when all kinds of claims were made: The bill was introduced, passed by Congress and signed by Clinton. Completely false. The individuals involved in that effort were private citizens, the bill has never been introduced in Congress to this day.
Wood goes on to say his general knowledge of history is that America defaulted on notes in 1912 or thereabout, so the Rothschild Bank now known as the Federal Reserve, took over. With all due respect, he needs to read G. Edward Griffin’s masterpiece, Creature From Jekyll Island for a full historical account of who was behind the greatest heist of American wealth in our history. The full book is on line. At 19:30 into the interview, my mouth dropped open when he said following this Rothschild bank take over the U.S. then became the United States of America, INC. a corporation. OMG. He has bought into one of the biggest most pervasive LIES infecting the Internet for decades. (Please see Item #19 in my column here. It also covers the NESARA is a law scam, #5.)
Wood goes on to say he believes Trump is going to bankrupt the United States INC and it’s the smartest thing he’s ever done. By this time my head was spinning. The host then says he’s known about this USA INC for a while. Wood then goes on to say he hopes Trump will come back as the 19th president of a republic where before back in time we became USA INC. Two more minutes and I could listen no more.
I wish someone could quietly speak with Lin Wood and give him historical facts, get him to understand this US is a corporation is pure propaganda and a lie. He needs to stop listening to these podcast disinformation hustlers Kelleigh Nelson and I exposed in recent columns. Lisa Guiliani who has gained a large following on YouTube (who doesn’t seem inclined to censor her) started promoting the USA INC garbage years ago. In my aforementioned column, Sick Of Internet Hoaxes And Half Truths, March 24, 2012, my dear friend and constitutional attorney of nearly 40 years had this to say:
“That article, "The united states Of America is a corporation owned by foreign interests" is the worst sort of BS I have seen this week. In my view, Lisa Guiliani of Babel Magazine is full of BS.” He then gives a legal analysis which proves she’s wrong.
The other hustler is fake “judge” Anna von Reitz who splashed on the scene a few years ago promoting the US is a corporation. She flat out lied about being a judge in Alaska when in fact she’s never been to law school or sat on the bench anywhere in Alaska yet people still believe her bogus “legal” arguments. Larry roasts her here.
Now, this: State Bar of Georgia Tells Lin Wood to Undergo Mental Health Examination or Lose Law License. Obviously, it’s because Wood has vigorously and rightly pursued the truth regarding The Steal. I have no doubt he will be able to defend himself to the Georgia State Bar, but they will also try to use his words in Fireside Chat interviews against him. It very well could give him the opportunity to bring forth all the provable vote fraud he’s amassed in his defense. Now, that would be great.
The bottom line is investigations continue in contested states and more should come, i.e., Virginia and California. We know 400 IT experts have been working on the fraud; covered in a previous column. We know Patrick Byrne, mega millionaire and former founder of Overstock.com has had his team working on this since August; covered in a previous column. Not going to get into Maria Zack for this column, but the evidence she has is critically important.
Last week it was announced Ms. Powell and Jesse Binnell, one of Trump’s former campaign attorneys who argued his case in NV, have joined to create a Super PAC to restore election integrity and more. That is very good. What’s not good is this first-hand account dealing with Guiliani, what many of us figured out 6-7 weeks ago. Something was very wrong with Rudy Guiliani and how things were being handled. Donald Trump must be beyond angry at the end result and most likely realized that between the sell-out on Jan. 6th and how badly Guiliani handled things, it was over.

You also won’t like the part about how all your donations to Stop the Deal were being used. While this is quite long, it is by Patrick Byrne who has no partisan agenda. He’s a Libertarian who never voted for Trump but saw for himself this massive steal and has been using his own money to prove it.
Why couldn’t Trump see what was going on with Guiliani and his side-kick? With the booze? Functioning alcoholics can fool anyone. Trump is known for loyalty to those loyal to him and he and Rudy have been friends for 40 years. Trump dealt with massive problems everyday surrounded by betrayers; one person Byrne describes in that legal conglomerate turned out to be a mole. Just a non-stop nightmare for Trump.
I suspect though I have no first hand knowledge, that all those tech IT experts, Jovan Pulitzer, Ms. Powell and others are all networking, sharing and building a final, case if you will, exposing and proving the massive steal of a presidential election. It’s coming one way or the other.
President elect Donald Trump (He never conceded) has opened an office with the focus on election integrity among other things. He’s not going away and one day in the not too distant future, he will be acknowledged as the lawful winner of the Nov. 2020 election. A raging bull just waiting to be released.
In the meantime, we have to continue fighting back and that means keeping the pressure on committees in the contested states to make sure forensic audits continue. And, here again, we know Jovan Pulitzer and his team have been working with senators in the GA state house and likely with other state lawmakers.
We have to stay on our state reps and senators to exact legislation that has real teeth in stopping vote fraud because those 2022 primaries begin in a year. Ideally, ALL Dominion voting machines – get rid of them. Hand counted ballots, secured storage and I don’t mean some minimum wage rent-a-cop standing outside a door.
